- From the Edge web browser, click the App Launcher, then select the Outlook app.
- On the Outlook webmail page, click the account’s Profile Image and select Open Another Mailbox.
- On the Open another mailbox window, enter the additional/shared mailbox email address, and then click the Open button.
- The other mailbox will open on a new tab, to identify the mailbox, look at the page title.
