SGSCC disAbility have had the pleasure of working together with Orhan and The Vault Corporation on a recent computer upgrade. This computer upgrade was sorely needed, and has been a very valuable process for the learning and development of the people in our programs.
Throughout the whole process, Orhan and his team listened carefully to our requests, made appropriate suggestions for hardware and software upgrades and kept us informed and up to date with where the time frames were at. They checked back with us when we made requests to ensure that they fully understood our training needs, and were able to create solutions that met and exceeded our expectations.
They came to our site and discussed each step of the process with us, ensured that the information they shared with us was appropriate to our own knowledge of computers, and showed a high level of patience when I didn’t understand the technical processes involved.
Orhan was punctual when attending meetings, and is a very pleasant person to discuss things with.
I would not hesitate to work with Orhan and The Vault Corporation for future projects.
