Purpose

A short guide demonstrating how the user can setup Microsoft Outlook for iPhone.

Process for iPhone

1. Open the App Store > search and install Microsoft Outlook

2. Once installed open Outlook and click Add Account

3. Click Outlook will now prompt you for an Email Address. Insert your email and press Add Account and then enter your password.

4. Now Outlook will prompt whether you want to add another account or not. If you wish to add another account select Add and repeat 3. If not select Maybe Later.

5. Enable notifications so that you’ll get alerts from your phone when you receive email

How to add shared mailbox

1. Click on your user icon on the top left corner next to Inbox

2. Click the icon with the mail symbol and + sign

3. Select Add Shared Mailbox 

 

4. Enter the email you want to add and press Add Shared Mailbox 

5.You should now see your shared mailbox added
