Purpose
Storman Cloud has a special URL to save on a instore Device to give Customers the ability to:
- Rent a Unit
- Find their Reservations
- Pay their Account
- Update their Autopay
- Purchase items from the Box Shop
- Access their Account using a QR Code from their mobile phone
- Leave a Review for your Site (to be confirmed)
Another benefit of using the Device is for the Centre Team to be able to login and perform the following tasks:
- Vechile Hire
- Facility Map
- Stock Take
- Unit Check
Please note that Team Members need to a Pin code to their profiles to login as Staff. Click for setup guide
Process
Access to the Kiosk URL can be retrieved from Storman: Facility Settings / Facility / Portal / In-Store IPad / tablet link – Copy
Once you access the link on the I-Pad/Tablet the icons are all self explantory.
